Buyer Snowcap DI is a very warm hearted and genuine individual. She displayed care and concern that we would find the perfect home just for us. No matter how long it took or how many homes we asked to see she always made us feel at ease with each showing. As we all know, purchasing a home can be a very stressful thing especially for first time buyers. Working with DI it really wasn't. DI removed all the guess work and worry throughout the entire process from the initial showing right down to the closing. Even after we have been living in our home for sometime now DI is still there for us. We entrusted DI with our best interests in mind during this very important process and we are very thankful that we did. Thanks DI....

BNG Rafuse We both purchased and sold the same home with DI. DI was very easy to work with. As my husband says, She hung in there like a Pit Bull which from his is quite a compliment! She was very knowledgeable of the homes in the area which was great since we had never been there before. We enjoyed our time with her and enjoyed her expertise. When it came time to sell our home, DI gave us very honest and accurate knowledge of the prices of home comparable to ours and we sold it with no problems. Being a long distance seller, when there were minor things that needed to be done, DI knew people in the area that could do the work for us at a good price, which helped us. THANK YOU DI!!!!

Buyers 7021 Our homebuying experience with D.I. was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and truly cared about us and wanted to make our home buying experience the very best. We definitely were not the easiest buyers to deal with to say the least. We had had a bad experience in the past, we were nervous buyers, we kept changing our minds, etc... She was very patieint, reassuring, & caring throughout our whole homebuying experience. She made us feel that she was always there for us no matter what and we felt we could ask her any question no matter what it was. She would then get back to us very promptly often with more information than we had even asked for. When we did find our dream home she went through the whole process with us step by step and the entire transaction went through from beginning to end very smoothly. We would highly recommend D.I. to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. Again she was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient with us at all times. She has become a true friend to us!

Sellers C & S Tellez She is not just out to make a commission. Her heart is to try to fill your needs and works hard at it. She is a blessing. At the heart of down fall of the market she was sincere and realistic as we saw prices decline. She constantly was comparing and giving us insights on options and what was a changing but realistic selling price. We got a whole lot less than our original asking price, but what was a fair price of the market value at that time.

Buyer S.Brown DI was a wonderful and delightful rel-estate gent that makes you feel at ease and secure in trusting her to assist us in buying our new home. She was not the typical pushy sales agent. She worked for us. She showed us several homes in our price range. You know how sometimes you feel that after all the looking and shopping you've done and still can't decide which one you are going to pick. Then you feel like the agent is pulling her or his hair out because they think they've wasted their time on you. Then you still want to have them go back to look at a house one more time. Well Divelia Babbey is nothing at all like that. Instead, it felt as if she was family, and our daughter loved her. Divelia is a great and knowledgeable, friendly, and a caring agent We recommend her highly. She will be the person will will call in any future endeavors.

Seller D.Jevons Ms. Babbey was a fantastic realtor. She came highly recommended to me when it was time form me to try and sell my house. Mind you that this event occurred during the height fo the housing market crash in 2009. Ms Babbey was able to sell my house in less than a week. Could not have had a better experience. I hope my next realtor is in the same league as ms Babbey.
