About Dixie

Dixie is a native of Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in nutrition. She has resided in the Arlington/Falls Church area of Northern Virginia for over 30 years raising four children and is married to Ken, a retired USMC Lieutenant Colonel, and the mother of a Captain the U.S. Army. Dixie has been actively involved with PTA/PTO, church, and civic association activities. Licensed in 2008, Dixie quickly gained recognition from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors for her sales excellence by becoming a member of the Top Producers and Million Dollar Sales Clubs. She believes her background as a nutrition consultant and mom of 4, where she honed her listening skills, has positioned her well to serve her real estate clients. Dixie says that listening to her clients outline their requirements and desires and understanding those wants and needs is of paramount importance in serving them well. She wants to be their advocate. She strives to successfully negotiate their sale and help them along the path to a successful closing. Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to her.
