About Dixie

Dixie McLendon Steiner founded iDEAL Real Estate Company. Dixie grew up in a family who started selling real estate in the 1960’s. She moved her business from Atlanta, GA to Alabama and started selling properties in Mobile and Baldwin counties in 2009. iDEAL truly loves the real estate business and they believe in helping ethical agents reach their full potentials. Dixie encourages agents to find their entrepreneur side, to think outside of the box, and take their businesses to places that the average agent has not even thought of to better serve their clients and customers.
