Can't say enough great things about the experience and service Dmitri provided. He sold our home within 2 weeks and helped us find our dream home in that same time frame! He always got back to me on my questions within 24 hours and was very knowledge and explained things to me in an easy to understand way. Selling a retail business on North Main St in Waupaca wasn't easy but Dmitri went the extra mile to make it happen. He advertised and held open houses, he created a floor plan for the property, he made property fliers and binders, and he produced a Facebook live video tour. After we accepted an offer and the buyers, their agent and their agent's broker tried to push us around, Dmitri made sure we understood our rights and he and his team fought for us and won. We thought Dmitri was invaluable! He is prompt with returning emails can texts. He is available which is HUGE for a realtor! He is knowledgeable in his field and in the home building area (I believe he was a builder) really knows his stuff. He is thorough going through all the paper work to verify everything. Dmitri had been recommended to us last year, when we first felt it was time to stop renting and apply for a loan to buy a home. We called him when we saw a house we liked and were looking to check out the interior. He immediately called the listing realtor and was told that an offer had already been accepted, so we lost out on that house. But Dmitri really went the extra mile for us, he kept monitoring the MLS for the community where we wanted to live, and the very next morning he called to tell us that a similar home had just been listed and he had already made an appointment for us to see the place that afternoon! He drove the two hours to meet us there, we loved the place, just what we were looking for and at a great price, so he put the offer in for us immediately and it was accepted within a couple of days. Dmitri literally went the extra miles for us, and we would recommend him to anyone even thinking of buying a house.

Dmitri Martin is a consummate professional. He is straightforward and knew how to sell my house. The photographer he hired really knew how to show off the best features of the house, including some drone photographs of the property. Dmitri had a couple look at the place before I even had it ready to show and I think they were the ones who ended up buying it. I had three or four good offers on the place and sold it quicker than anticipated, for more than expected. If you go with Dmitri, he'll earn his commission and save you a lot of hassle.

We enjoyed every aspect of selling our home with Dmitri Martin's help. We ended up selling for a higher price and in less time on the market than comparable homes in our price range. That impressed us because we were braced for a drawn-out process, given that our home was the nicest house in the neighborhood and uphill from a well-used railroad tracks. We also liked that Dmitri paid for a pre-listing home inspection, helped us locate a handyman to fix stuff I didn't have time to repair myself, and paid a certified home stager to consult with us. In addition, he paid for a professional photographer/videographer to create a video tour, paid for a home warranty, and produced a floor plan of our home. We also liked the property flyers and info booklets he provided for our showings with potential buyers. In short, Dmitri is a personable, detail-oriented pro.
