Dollcy Gebauer

Originally from the Philippines, Dollcy Gebauer moved from California to Oahu in 2005 to earn her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Hawaii and receiving the Sigma Phi Alpha Award. After 15 years in healthcare—including serving on the board of the Hawaii Dental Hygiene Association—she transitioned into Real Estate, bringing with her a passion for client care and education.

Known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to going above and beyond, Dollcy quickly earned accolades including Rookie of the Year, the Aloha Aina Award in 2019 & 2024, and multiple Client Service and Performance Awards. Her business philosophy, "Informed Choices, Trusted Results" reflects her belief that informed clients make the best decisions.

Dollcy lives in Kapolei with her husband and two dogs and proudly donates a portion of her commission to local nonprofits including the Locations Foundation, Oahu SPCA, and actively volunteers once a year with Aloha Medical Mission in the Philippines.
