Domenica Giordano

Approaching the two-decade mark in her career, Domenica Giordano has come to realize that experience is the finest teacher. Giordano, an agent with Century 21 North East, has navigated up and down markets, recessions, booms, and everything in between. Giordano’s business is based entirely on referrals. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors north of Boston proper. Prior to real estate, she worked in the catheterization lab at Boston Children’s Hospital, but the hours were not conducive to raising a family. Once she got started in real estate, she never looked back. She even has her own staging business and provides clients with its services at no cost. An independent agent, she is a recent three-time recipient of Century 21’s Centurion award, the company’s highest honor based on production. Giordano’s medical training informs her everyday decisions at work. She also learned how to communicate with people during intensely stressful situations and let them know she is on their side. As a rule, Giordano never brings transactional issues to clients without solutions. Even if it costs her a sale, she lets buyers and sellers know when it is wise to walk away.
