Domenica Koch has been helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes since 1995. Throughout the years she has acquired an incredible amount of knowledge in the industry. From listing bank-owned foreclosure properties, to mediating short sales with lenders, she has become an expert negotiator.

Domenica knows the importance of advancing your real estate education by obtaining designations like GRI, ABR and e-pro, to better serve her clients. Her experience has given her the tools to allow buyers in today's market the advantage of preparing an offer, as well as helping sellers navigate the current market that results in a successful transaction for both sides.

Domenica is committed to working by referral, and most clients are referred to her by past clients. Although selling and buying a home can be a bumpy ride, her goal is to make this ride as smooth as possible, so that her clients want to refer her to friends and family as someone that will be honest with them and whom they can trust.

Domenica loves spending time with family, exercising, and traveling. Being empty nesters allows more time to visit with their three kids. With a son in Miami, another in Wrigleyville, and their daughter studying at the University of Iowa, there is always something to do.
