Dominic Cardone is a partner and broker of record for Keller Williams Real Estate, Media, actively listing and selling real estate and conducting company-wide training. He is approved as a real estate instructor in Pennsylvania and Delaware and teaches topics such as ethics, agency, legal issues, risk reduction, and standard forms. In addition to teaching GRI and continuing education classes for PRI, Dominic is a certified REBAC instructor approved to teach ABR courses.
In 2006, Dominic was named PAR’s REALTOR® of the Year. In 1988, he received PAR’s REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® of the Year. Dominic was Delaware Valley Association’s REALTOR® of the Year in 1997. He received the PAR REALTOR® Active in Politics Award in 2005. A tireless volunteer, he served as chairman of PAR’s Agency Task Force, preparing members for the new agency law, Act 112. He was chair of PAR’s Standard Forms Oversight Committee and is a NAR and PAR Director, having served as PAR Treasurer, First Vice President, and 2006 President-Elect. Dominic also served as PAR’s 2007 President.
At the National Association of REALTORS®, Dominic serves on the Professional Standards Committee, which he will chair in 2011, and the Professional Standards Interpretations & Procedures Subcommittee is charged with safeguarding and updating NAR’s lofty Code of Ethics. Dominic lives in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, with his REALTOR® wife Betsy, where they raised ten children.
