Dominick brings his exceptional interpersonal skills, genuine care and concern for others, strong negotiation skills, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to the team. In his previous professional life, Dominick worked for Saratoga Hospital for over 10 years where he was a physical therapist, clinical supervisor and business development team leader at the Wilton Medical Arts site. He has a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy as well as a Masters in Healthcare Administration. After watching the excitement and success of his wife Christine over her many years in the business they decided to solve two problems at once; being able to actually spend some time together while bringing the qualities Dominick possesses that make them the perfect combination as team owners.

In Dominick’s first few years in the business, he quickly rose through the ranks to become the top listing specialist in our region. By focusing solely on the seller experience he has refined all of the skills necessary to produce the best possible results with the support of his full-time Listings Director. He literally preserves thousands of dollars of his client’s equity on every sale by applying industry-leading best practices to every single sale.

Dominick’s goals on the team are to grow a strong, service-based, connection with the community as well as ensure our current and past clients’ needs are being met throughout the buying and selling process and after. Recently, he took on the leadership position of “Director of Sales” and he currently leads and coaches our entire sales force.
