Before joining Lynam Real Estate, she worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where she led teams and developed training programs. After moving to the U.S., she shifted into the tech sector and served as Operations Manager for a national IT consulting firm.

Now based on the coast of Maine, Nikki is excited to bring her people-focused approach into real estate.
