He is surrounded by a professional team of assistants, lenders, inspectors and contractors that truly enables Don to be a full-service agent. Don and Natalie are amazing Realtors. I used them to buy my first house, and they couldn't have made the process easier for me. Both him and Natalie were able to simplify much of the process for me so that I could actually understand what was happening throughout. You can really tell that Don and Natalie care about getting their clients the house that they are looking for, while also getting the best deals possible. They have vast knowledge on almost any housing question you might have. I received listings from them everyday. I will use Don and Natalie in the future for all of my real estate needs, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I've worked with Don on two purchases and a sale. He and Natalie know the area better than anyone and were able to get us into a neighborhood that was perfect for our family. We were never waiting on him, he communicates frequently and made sure we kept the transaction on track. When it came time to upgrade, they worked like crazy to get our home sold for us. I first heard of Dickson Realty in 2015 when my friends purchased a vacation home in Truckee. I was impressed with the company and was referred to one of their best agents in Reno, Don Dees and his team of Natalie Dees and Brittney Thaler when I was ready to buy investment properties in the Reno area. My purchase was a time sensitive 1031 exchange and the Dees team knew exactly how to help me and search for what I had in mind. Immediately I received several properties to consider. The info was precise yet low pressure but also got me started in the right direction. We even set up video conference calls for each property that I was interested in and scheduled time for when I could fly to Reno where Brittney could pick me up to tour each of the various neighborhoods and listings.
