Ive been working with The Don Payne Group for around 8 years. I continue to support Vision reality because of several reasons. First and foremost, Don is always so professional with all facets of real estate. Second, he is very organized and early for every appointment. Third, and most important, he gets your goals accomplished. I'm the most impressed with his work ethic. I've never meet anyone who works so early and stays so late at the office servicing clients. It seems like everyone time I call he is servicing clients. I'm just in awe of his many talents and look up to him as a fellow business man. I consider him the Realtor of the Realtor.

After looking for the right home for over a year with no luck I gave up. I saw one of Don's listings, and asked to see it without any representation. Don was able to meet me two hours later and didn't care if I had an agent or not! In the end Don worked as a dual agent for me and was able to help me get the perfect house in my budget. Don worked through all the negotiations saving me thousands when surprises issues were found, an impressive feat when the seller is a bank. The best part about working with Don is his knowledge. As a first time homebuyer I had lots of questions throughout the process, Don not only handled my real estate questions, but was also able to help me understand much of the financial process as well! I met Don Payne through a referral from a friend. When I first heard about Don, I thought to myself, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I was in the process of interviewing realtors and had relationships with realtors in the past from buying and selling, but the first time I met Don I knew I had met my new realtor. Don came to view my home and immediantley got to work. He told me exactly what needed done, provided a DVD to help me prepare to sell my home and spent ample time gathering my expectations. We developed a guideline of sale time, price and outcome together based on what we both expected. Don not only sold my home in record time for a price that I was happy with but sold it a with determination and very professional drive that I had never experienced before with a realtor. I am now preparing to sell and buy again and have already contacted and met with Don to start the process and I have no doubt that I will be more than satified once again. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Don Payne for your realtor; you won't either after your experience. Kim K
