They are also GREEN Certified through the National Association of Realtors, allowing them to rate and certify homes to determine eligibility for additional benefits, savings, and potentially higher selling prices. As Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE), they leverage advanced negotiation strategies to advocate effectively on behalf of their clients. In addition, both are ABR Certified as Accredited Buyer Representatives.

Don and Vivienne are personally coached by the Mike Ferry Organization, ensuring their skills remain sharp and current so they can negotiate to their clients’ advantage. Vivienne also served as the 2019 Past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Placer. Over their more than 22 years in the industry, both have served on various real estate-related boards and committees.
