We met Don when we relocated to Lancaster and called on him to help us purchase our first home. There is no question that Don knows the community well! We have appreciated his guidance on local services (from dry-cleaners and locksmiths to brokers), and his care and commitment throughout the process of seeing homes, making offers and finally signing all the paperwork. Don checked in often, and we knew that we could call him at any hour of the day (or night). This was not an easy negotiation, and we had a lot of questions along the way which Don did his best to answer. While I did not always feel entirely at ease with the process, and there were moments at which I felt I needed more transparency, I did have the sense that Don was making a strong effort on our behalf. Don cares for his clients and works to meet their needs.

02/02/2012 - adaell Sold a home in 2009 in Lancaster, Willow Street, PA 17602. Mr. Spica is the most loyal realtor one can have! During the selling months of our home, Don was zealous about open houses, went the distance with advertising, and skillfully marketed our house with the perfect snapshots needed to make the sale. He bent over backward to close on our home. For example, the house we purchased was sold privately as the owner chose not to work with realtors. By the end of Don's negotiations, the prior owner was grateful to Don for all his expertise and knowledge about all the details about which he knew nothing. Don's communication skills are at the heart of his business. He continually kept us informed with all possible sales and new homes on the market. He stretched our dollar and was integral in achieving our dream property. With my caring for the home and my husband's busy doctor's schedule, we appreciated how Don utilized our time efficiently. He knew he had a mission and was determined to acheive it. We couldn't have had such a successful transaction if it weren't for Don! Thank you, Don!

07/22/2013 - PoloNautica Sold a home in 2013 in Brunnerville, Penn Township, PA 17543. We purchased our first home in 2013. Don was able to show us multiple properties that included what we wanted in a home and still with in our budget. I really respected Don's professionalism and ability to cater to us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He was available to us from day 1 until the day we closed and even after a phone call away . Don has been our greatest advocate through the purchase of our first home, a very difficult sale of that home, and a speedy purchase of our current home. Don is extremely attentive--he calls often with updates and answers emails and calls usually within minutes if missed--he really makes you feel like you're his only client. He doesn't rush you or push you towards anything. He has spent countless weekends and evenings showing us homes when we weren't sure what we wanted. He is ethical--one of his most obvious traits--he's knowledgable, he is patient. Don is educated in his profession and attends classes regularly. He has the MLS and often the disclosures for houses when you go to see a home, and he gets documents to you in a more than timely manner. For our first home and our new, current home he had contracts immediately after the showing, and for both we were under contract the next day. He was relentless when it came to supporting us through our very difficult sale--he spent months contacting, collecting, and passing on information for the sale of our home. Don is knowledgable and experienced, so he knew exactly how to get our buyers in the house they wanted, and get us into a home to fit our family. Over the last four years, Don has grown as a friend to us, and our two year old adores him and asks if we are going to see Don Spica with each car ride. He is a family focused man, and he is as loyal and upright of a person you'd want to represent you. 03/02/2012 - Nick Praedin Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $75K in Lancaster, PA. I had the pleasure of meeting Don back in 2008 as I was considereing selling my home and relocating to a different area. At the time, however, I decided to list with another local agent. After approximately a year of having my home on the market without ANY offers, I decided to part ways with my agent in 2009. The first person I thought of was Don! And, after only working with Don for about 3 weeks, I had multiple viable offers with one ending in a sale! Needless to say, Don is the epitome of hard work, professionalism, and commitment, and he is the definition of being results-oriented. I am still impressed by his work and strong communication skills.
