It can be a difficult thing in real estate, to come across someone that truly goes above and beyond for their clients. That is an understatement when it comes to Dona Federico. She was readily available and helped with the issues that arose during the closing process. Now I'm a month past my closing and she's still on the phone with me, helping me find the right contractor or helping me sort through a water bill with the county, or just talking about real estate investments past present and future She is not just another agent, those are easy to find. She brings value to others and becomes a friend. Very thankful our real estate paths crossed and look forward to working with her again! Thank you Dona!!

We worked with Lydia Crowley. Lydia is top notch. Although somewhat new to the game, she always came with great advice and excellent negotiation skills - and she has an excellent team to back her. She was a great middleman throughout and always responded to things in a timely fashion. I've been represented in thirteen property sales. Dona Frank Federico is the first listing or selling agent that has truly earned their commission.

For the thousands of dollars one pays a realtor, one should trust them. I have plenty of friends who sell real estate. Their common complaint is that their clients who list want too much money for their property. We trusted her. Dona opened our eyes to the true value of our home. And when we had to reduce our original asking price, she never pressured us or pushed us somewhere we did not want to go. In fact, when we asked her if we should reduce, she'd say, "Not yet. We'll wait." The result: selling for about thirty percent more than we'd anticipated.

Dona called us to tell us how each buyer viewed our home; she reported on negotiations with potential and then eventual buyers. She kept us informed. Not every listing agent does that. Communication is key. She's got that down.

That's the $ part of it. The human part: she is warm, supportive, informative, knowledgeable, and fun. And funny. Her life accomplishments would justify her taking herself too seriously. In fact, she knows she's good at what she does, but her humility and her humanity make her a true partner in a venture that so often can be difficult. Even when it was, she kept our sellers' spirits high. The worst part about selling success is that the almost-daily phone calls need to come to an end.

I take full responsibility in my marriage partnership for having hired Dona. My wife has said more than a dozen times, "You made a great choice!" (How many wives do that?!) You'll love Dona. We do.

Dona and her team did what seemed impossible. Our house had been on the market for a long, long time. It was a lovely house. 3,000 square feet. Large lot. In-Ground pool. But, it wasn't for everyone. It was a 200+ year old former tavern. Dona helped us negotiate all the zigs and sags of selling a very special home. If you're looking for an agent who is professional and personable, a tough negotiator and friendly to deal with, then Dona is your person!

From the start, it was obvious that Dona and her team were there to do whatever was needed to get the house sold. I had a very disappointing first year with another firm, but Dona said she would get it sold – and she did. They also took a personal interest in me, and it was encouraging. She advised me on staging, so the house looked good. The pictures of the house and my property and views were amazing and were a great selling point.

The first several weeks, I had more showings than the whole previous year. Dona and her team kept me informed on a regular basis on what they were doing to get the listing out and distributed. Some things were out of their control, like a buyer pulling out of a contract after several months, but they immediately got back on track getting the word out that the house was available again.

I would recommend The Dona Frank Team to anyone who asks.

She asked the right questions and was an excellent listener regarding what we were looking for. In fact, we were initially not even looking in the area where we purchased, but Dona thought Saratoga Springs was an area we should consider- she was right. Dona was excellent at letting us come to our own conclusion and was very open, honest and straight forward. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Dona as our realtor! While home searching from out of state with whirlwind weekend trips to see 10-15 houses at a time with a toddler and newborn in tow, Dona kept us on track, focused on our search and was never phased by the chaos. Provided countless virtual FaceTime tours when houses would come on the market.
