Donald Egedy

A Santa Fe resident since 1974, Don has over 27 years of real estate experience as a Broker in Santa Fe.

Known as an expert in the field of land sales and residential development/project sales, Don has represented buyers and sellers in all price ranges throughout the Santa Fe area. Whether it’s a primary residence, second home or investment opportunity, he has a knack for matching buyers with the property that best fits their needs and budget.

Don has also worked as the on-site Broker representative for a number of successful Santa Fe development communities including Las Americas, Vista Canada Ancha, 1000 East, Quail Run, and as Qualifying Broker and agent for Aldea De Santa Fe.

As the managing partner of EGGO,LLC a small development and spec home building company, Don is also familiar with all phases of new home design and constuction. He is well equipped to assist buyers and sellers with their new home or spec building project. In addition he is a RES.NET certified REO agent for bank owned, foreclosure properties.

As a trusted member of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, Don has served on the Grievance Committee and the Association’s Board of Directors.
