Lee, who has also been a realtor for friends, came highly recommended and I don't regret working with him for one second! I called him when my rental lease fell through unexpectedly. With 4 working K9s, a rental is a tall order, and during a pandemic with the housing/rental market the way it is, even taller.

We looked at houses for sale, but when I crunched numbers, I just didn't think I could make it work (I got cold feet, badly). He rustled up several rental options for me before they even hit the market. When none of them were quite what I needed for one of my special needs dogs, but one highly overpriced rental, he laid out some other options about making financing work to buy. The rental would have been a thousand dollars more than a mortgage payment. So I agreed to at least give buying another look. He took me to see a house that was absolutely perfect, and 3 days later I had a contract that was under asking with a seller credit to closing.

He took care of everything. I never had to worry about picking a broker, getting inspections lined up, scheduling anything. He gave me options, let me pick, and then I didn't have to worry about a thing from there.

Lee had advice when I asked and needed it, but offered options with absolutely no pressure. He's honest, patient, and was very enjoyable to work and spend time with. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend.

Lee Sherbeyn Real Estate is a fantastic organization. They treat you like family. Back in February my wife found a piece of property and called. Chris Jamison answered the call. At the time little did we know what a blessing that was. We were living 700 mi from VA. Chris researched every piece of property, over several months and there were a lot. Chris would line up a number of potential properties call us and arrange to be available when we drove down. Some days we would look at as many as 11 properties. Chis was more interested in selling us not a house but a home no matter how long it took. Over the months we got to know Chris and he is the real deal. We also got to know Lee Sherbeyn and his granddaughter who works in the office. They know the communities and are very active members. Finally in May we closed on our new home. Being so far away Chris made himself (on his own time) available for all the inspections related to purchasing a house, so that we didn't have to drive down and incur more hotel costs. The relationship with Chris didn't stop that day. We came into the house his wife made us a home cooked meal that lasted for 4 days and there were cold drinks in the fridge. He later told us that they figured with everything happening we never would have thought of food. Chris always told us if you need anything call. That day came sooner than we thought, he did some research and we were able to resolve the issue. Chris truly made our long distance move so much easier, knowing he had his finger on the button let us sleep at night. Saying thank you to Chris and Lee doesn't seem like enough. They do what they promise and more. We were truly blessed the day we met Chris. My wife and I highly recommend Chris Jamison, too everyone we meet looking for a home.
