Donata is a very professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent, I have worked with her for a year and a half and she has helped me find my dream home, I have to admit that I have been a very difficult and picky client but she has shown a great deal of patience, she always answers fast, sets up a showing, provides detailed e-mail with nearby sales and prices, negotiates purchase price and guide you through the whole process of buying a home, she is an expert in Chicagoland Real Estate !

We were randomly paired with Donata, so we didn't know her before we listed our home. After our first meeting with her, we were convinced she was the right person to represent us. She was kind, assertive, knowledgeable and responsive. We felt like we were her top priority throughout the process.

When it was time to list, she knew exactly what we needed to do to stage our house, and she wasn't afraid to move our furniture around (and back again!) to make sure the look of our home fell exactly within her vision.

She was well-networked with her community of realtors, too, and that led to a lot of interest early on, and several amazing offers that came in within a day or two.

I would absolutely recommend Donata to ANYONE looking to sell their home.

We can not express how thankful we are that we stumbled upon Donata by simple Google search. As first time home buyers we had NO CLUE what we were doing but Donata made the entire process as stress free as possible. We were incredibly indecisive but she never made us feel silly. Seemed like we were all a team and she was right there with us. Even talked us OUT of a home we had made an offer on because she thought it was too expensive! Who does that while working on commission?!? Donata does!!

We feel so incredibly lucky that out of all of the agents on Realtor.com, we were randomly assigned to Donata. From day one, we felt such confidence knowing that she was on our side. Before meeting Donata, as we were just beginning to explore the purchase of our first home, we looked at a few properties with other agents, but after we started working with Donata, it was almost shocking how much better she is at her job than those first agents we reached out to. As first time home buyers, we had many questions. From the start, she was prepared to answer any and all of our questions about each step of the process. She helped connect us with a great home inspector and lenders, and she helped us negotiate an outstanding deal, even in this crazy hot market. I was ready, and almost felt it was necessary in this market with every house receiving multiple offers, to overpay and act fast, but she truly kept our best interest in mind as she advised us to make wise choices and not to settle for less. We lucked out when searching for an agent and got in touch with Donata. She was great right from the start, she was on top of everything and even warning us from not so good properties. She never rushed us or pressured us into anything and the great thing about it she looked at every property like if she was the buyer. Because of the pandemic my husband’s hours We’re getting cut so we actually had to cancel a contract and she was very understanding she’s great! I am remiss in my delay in posting my recommendation on Donata as an excellent agent. Why the delay? Because Donata got me the BEST DEAL on the BEST HOUSE! I am mesmerized with my purchase, and have just now taken the time to give credit where credit is due. She is an absolute wonder. It only took 5 short days to find my dream home, and Donata worked on my behalf in ways I didn't even know existed. She was in constant contact with the sellers agent, and worked out a great deal for us. Afterwards, Donata walked us through every step of the closing process and returned calls within minutes.
