Dongmei Liao

Dongmei Liao graduated from Kennesaw State University with bachelor’s degree in finance and completed her Master of Business Administration specializing in finance. Prior to joining Lincoln Capital Advisors as a Mortgage Advisor, she worked in various industries including hospitality, small business, higher education, real estate, and more. Her real estate professional experience also allows her the unique ability to help customers navigate their mortgage options on purchases. Her previous work experiences also enable her to be client-driven, meticulous and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

As a dedicated Mortgage Advisor, Dongmei specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, new construction purchasers, real estate investors, and homeowner refinances. With the knowledge and experience in the loan process, she strives to find a loan that best fits each customer’s needs. She also specializes in building customer relationships. She enjoys collaborating with customers and making sure that from application to closing, each step of the loan process is thorough and transparent. Dongmei and her two boys, currently reside in the metro Atlanta area. She is originally from the city of Shenzhen, China, and has been living in the U.S. for the past 20 years. Her multi-lingual skill includes Mandarin Chinese, English, and Cantonese.
