Donna Brunell is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be like. Her professionalism, courteous demeanor and honesty help her rise above those real estate agents that do not show any emotion and are only seeing you as dollar signs. Donna certainly breaks away from those that are solely focused on the sale; she focuses on the client. By doing so, she is very comfortable to work with and you are able to have a open dialogue, getting to the very aspect of why you contact a real estate agent in the first place: to be treated with respect and to be placed in a home or condo that you find to be perfect for yourself or your family. I highly recommend Donna and I assure you that you will not be let down by the amount of care she provides and professionalism that she displays.

Donna was a pleasure to work with helping us to find and buy our first home. While there were several complications with the purchase, not one of them was a complication because of Donna. She tirelessly worked with attorney's, bank representatives, the town's difficult building department, and the seller's absentee realtor to help us close the deal on our new home. My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home, we had no idea where to start. We called Re/Max and spoke with a secretary who told us an agent will give us a call. We received a call from Donna, she asked us what we were looking for and helped us get everything we needed to begin the process. She walked us through everything and helped us with any issues or questions we had. I have already recommended Donna to one of my friends who is thinking of looking for her first home. We used Donna as a purchasing agent. She was very good at listening to our needs and wants and showing us houses that met our criteria. She was an invaluable help during the negotiation phase - I am sure our deal would not have gone through without Donna's expertise.
