After listing our home with another agent and having terrible results, we hired Donna and trusted her to get the job done even though we had already left the state. She and her family were at our house the next day painting the front door, freshening up the porch, and staining the deck! The house sold quickly and working with Donna was incredibly easy. She even shipped me a package I erroneously sent to our old address six months after the new owners moved in.

We have finished our 5th transaction with Donna Cox and could not be more satisfied! We have pretty restrictive criteria but Donna kept looking around to find us exactly what we wanted in the price range we could afford. Donna has a keen eye for the home condition and spots anything that is not up to standards. She is realistic, professional, knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t want. This is a tough Market right now and Donna got it done for us…and sold us 2 homes at the same time👍😂

Donna’s honesty, knowledge, and work ethic are unmatched! My husband and I moved to South Bend, IN from Chicago, where we were both born and raised. Although we had lived in South Bend, IN for four and a half years before we were ready to buy, we weren’t very familiar with the surrounding areas. Donna took us under her wing and guided us to the perfect house for our family. We got an incredible price and made the best investment all due to Donna’s help and guidance. Donna made the entire buying process from start to finish very smooth and painless. We have owned our house for a little over 3 years now and we still can’t believe how lucky we got with our house and with getting to know such an incredible woman and realtor. Donna is the absolute Best and you will never regret working with her!

We really enjoyed working with Donna. She is a straight shooter, who knows the market, and listened to what we wanted. During home tours, she was able to point out potential problems that we didn’t always have the experience to see. She is extremely responsive. She watches the market super closely to try to get her clients in the door first (which in our case helped us get our house). She also helped connect us to contractors for some of the minor updates we wanted to make after we purchased our place. As first time homebuyers, it was really helpful to have her guiding us through the process and making sure that we had our T’s crossed and I’s dotted.
We lived out of state while we were house hunting. She made the process seamless for us and was very flexible to work with. We’re very grateful to her for helping us find a house that we absolutely love!

When our family moved to Illinois, we decided to rent our home in South Bend for a few years after not having the best experience trying to sell. When it came time for us to let go of our first home that we ever as a family, Donna Cox came in with glowing recommendations. She told us exactly what we needed to do, helped us navigate the challenges of repairs while we were out of state. Kept in constant communication as the updates and repairs were made and staged our home beautifully. The day it was listed we had multiple viewing requests and an offer we could not refuse!
