Donna’s life has been one great adventure after the other. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina the daughter of a career Air Force dad. Because of her dad’s affiliation with the Air Force for 24 years, she has a great affection for the military and love helping the active duty, retired or wounded warriors find their perfect home and helping them to get familiar with the area. She has been certified as a military relocation professional.
They lived in all areas of the United States. To date, she has been in 48 out of 50 states. Donna will say that every area of this great country has its own uniqueness, beauty, and wonderful people. They may all have a different way of speaking and ways of saying things, but no matter where she went, people were still the same. They love their families, country, and God.
Her family has now grown to her wonderful two children, three grandchildren, and three stepchildren that have brought real joy to her life. Donna’s husband, Eddie, has been incredibly supportive of my career and is her greatest cheerleader and motivator.
Donna’s first venture into the real estate business was as a commercial property manager. She enjoyed doing that, but in 2007 decided to get into residential sales and that became her passion. She has never looked back. Donna absolutely loves what she is doing and look forward to each day, because no two days are the same. Donna loves helping people sell their home or buy a home. Each client she meets teaches her something new about life, and she cherishes each one of them. Donna has made wonderful lifelong friends throughout the years. First-time homebuyers are always such a blessing because everything is new to them, and they go through it looking to you to help them through the process. What a joy that is! She also enjoys helping investors find that perfect property to flip or to invest in rental property.
Donna is constantly taking classes to keep up with current trends and to gain as much knowledge in her field as she can. Her goal is to make the house selling/buying process go as smoothly as possible for her clients. Donna recently got her broker’s license, and that was a wonderful experience. She craves all the education that she can get to better herself as a realtor and be the best she can be for my clients.
Donna takes immense pleasure in producing the perfect marketing plan for each client and am always trying to think out of the box and set herself apart from all the other Realtors in the area. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to listen to her clients’ needs and wants and produce a plan of action to get their home sold or find the home that fits their vision of their perfect home. In Donna’s real estate business, it is all about her clients and their needs.
