Donna is an extremely experienced professional. We were selling a home in this area for the first time and she made the process quick and easy. She was reassuring from the first time we met and continued to keep us informed throughout the selling process. Donna’s market analysis was extremely accurate and objective. I was a little nervous about listing the house as high as Donna recommended, due to the winter season, multiple price cuts on other listed properties, and some local properties remaining listed for 6 or 7 months. All of my anxiety disappeared when we received a full price offer from the first viewing. Donna’s expertise is complimented by her friendly attitude and honesty. One of the very last things that Donna did for us was to get down on her hands and knees to use Facetime on her Apple cell phone, so that the town’s building dept. inspector could see underneath our deck, without having to come out in person for final approval. That is typical of the lengths to which Donna will go for her clients. She did an excellent job staging our house – even brought her own pillows to create just the right look for our living room. Her research obtaining a proper selling price led to us getting $5K more than our asking price, which was at the top of her recommended range. Donna used a photographer who created an amazing video tour of our house and property. We had a lot of people who scheduled showings of our house – 18 different parties in less than one week! The ultimate buyers of our house were the fourth party to see our house in person. We would whole-heartedly recommend Donna to anyone trying to sell their house!

I am making this review on behalf of my parents. I recently moved out of the NY metro area with my parents so they could enjoy their retirement safely. My mom was struggling to make a choice on who to have as the realtor on my childhood hom but ultimately wanted someone with experience, especially within this crazy market- so my mom chose Donna. Donna went above and beyond every step of the way and was really helpful and comforting when my father passed suddenly due to cancer. Donna was able to sell our house with only being on the market for two weeks! She helped my mom every step of the way and actually went to the house after closing to help ensure that the handymen my mom hired to help fix last minute things were there, saving a lot of stress for my mom.
