Donna worked with us to find, contract, and close on a home last month. She listened to our circumstances (we needed to move quickly), what we needed in a house, and where we wanted to be and even in a low inventory market, helped us find the right house at the right price. Even though we struggled with scheduling, she always made herself available and worked within our limited scope. Throughout the process but particularly right before & during closing, she encountered huge obstacles from our mortgage broker who acted incredibly unprofessionally and incompetently but still Donna maintained professionalism while dealing with our frazzled nerves. When it comes time to sell this house, Donna will be the first person I’ll call and I recommend her services to everyone seeking to sell or buy property in MO counties of St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Montgomery, etc.

Donna Hency is an amazing realtor! She was very patient with us as it took us almost 2 years to find what we were looking for. My husband and I had gotten pretty serious about a couple of properties and she worked with the sellers only for the properties to fall through. Donna was very understanding and willing to start over on our search. She’s one to trust and know that she will definitely find what you are looking for. Not only that but she genuinely cares! She loves her job and it shows through her actions. You can depend on Donna!

Donna Hency is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, honest and
dedicated agent. Donna Hency is the one you’re looking for! She is so genuine and truly cares about what her client needs. She helped my husband and I find and purchase our second home. We were still new to all of the details that go into buying a house, there were still a lot of things we didn’t understand, especially when moving to a different state. Donna was so fun and easy going. She made us feel comfortable with her right away! It wasn’t an easy process of getting our old house sold in one state and buying a new house in another state. Donna helped us in every way possible to get us in the house we wanted even though there were many stubborn road blocks along the way. We wouldn’t have been able to do any of it if it wasn’t for her!

I had a wonderful experience with her as my realtor. I bought a piece of property from her then she sold a piece of property for me. Donna is very professional and will work with you. She will research for you and find answers to your questions. When I closed on both properties she was there to help guide me thru the many pages of the transactions along with the Closers at US Title. I asked to have closing at a place closer to my residence and she made that happen for me and still showed up at closing even though it was a 45 minute drive for her. My point being she does go above and beyond for her clients.
Thank you Donna for making my transactions complete and for being there when I needed a helping hand. Your presence and friendship is much appreciated.

We were directed to Main Street Real Estate by a broker who was out of town who said someone there would let us into a listing we were interested in. This is how we ran into Donna. She was very knowledgeable and personable and provided great insight into the current housing market conditions. A few days later we came across another listing that we were interested in and we did not hesitate to contact Donna and make her our guide in our search to find a house for our daughter. We bought that house and Donna was instrumental in coordinating the various inspections and in recommending contractors that she had had positive experiences with. I would recommend Donna to anyone looking for real estate in the area. 5 stars are not enough.

I highly recommend Donna Hency to be anyones real estate agent and believe someone would miss out on a great experience by using someone else. Donna was patient, optimistic, thorough, encouraging, persistent, and professional throughout the process of buying a home in a very tough market. Donna used her large network to really help make things go very smoothly during the buying process and there really were no hiccups at all. It was all pretty simple. Donna spent a huge chunk of 2020 house hunting with us. We probably weren't the easiest clients but she would respond instantly and set up showings on Sunday morning if we asked. As a realtor, Donna went above and beyond in finding our dream home. Even in the hard times, she stood by our side and guided us every step of the way.

Donna is the best in the business - great at what she does!

I had the pleasure of working with Donna Hency from Jan 2020-Sept 2020 - during that time she helped me anyway she was able. From finding compatible financing, researching and comparing buy vs. build, showing homes, looking at lots, and then ultimately sticking with me through the whole home building process...she was never out of reach. Very down to earth, witty, and willing to fight for her client wants...couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely use again if we need a real estate agent.
