07/30/2014 - delkamptn Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Eidson, TN. Ms. Lampkins listed our very remote and potentially difficult to sale property. She used every available means of advertising our home and showed the property several times herself as well as assisting other realtors in setting up appointments. She showed our home to QUALIFIED buyers. The sale took a few months because of the economy and the type of property but she doggedly pursued each lead and sold our home at the asking price! She also professionally handled every issue BEFORE it became an issue with the home inspection, termite inspection, setting up the closing date which was rescheduled a couple times due to our Buyer's situation. We always felt that although she cared about the Buyer, she supported our interests first. Donna also helped us purchase another home. She is a great listener and understood our must-haves and the things we did not want in a property. Donna was always prepared and on-time.
