Donna Mattina was a pleasure to work with. Her local knowledge was outstanding since she has been in the area her entire life. With her local knowledge brought comfort and a positive outlook for me when I decided to sell my house in Madison. During the selling process, I found out that her expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills matched her local knowledge. Whenever I called Donna, texted her or wrote her an email, she always answered in a timely manor and was eager to help in any way possible. I would have never gotten through the process of selling my house so easily and fast without Donna. I would always recommend Donna to all I know. She kept me informed and I always felt comfortable and extremely satisfied. Donna recommended companies to me that were local because of some minor repair that I had to have done before the sale and all were so understanding and knowledgeable. All did the repair and I can't thank Donna enough for such an easy process! Donna was a dream to work with. She closed the sale on two homes for us within a few short months. My father had selected her to help sell a house in the area. When he unexpectedly passed right before closing, Donna was supportive and understanding as she got me up to speed to finish the transaction. She was transparent throughout the entire process and showed incredible compassion while still remaining professional. In light of our loss, we needed to sell a second house in the area, and Donna had it on the market and sold within three months. She was realistic with us about market expectations, thorough in her work, and fair in her presentation of the home. She consistently went above and beyond for us. Living out of state, I was unable to travel back and forth to address some of the items needed for closing. Donna went beyond my expectations, helping us with these items with utmost care, all the while keeping me in the loop at every step of the way. I am so grateful for her hard work and impressive results.
