It’s a wonderful life! After living on beautiful Cape Cod for over 20 years, Donna Sawyer still pinches herself to ensure that it’s not a dream. Not only did she move to a little piece of paradise, but also found a most rewarding career in real estate.

Donna enjoys working with buyers, helping them make their dreams come true and giving them as much of her time as they require in order to find the perfect home. She is enthusiastic about her community and happy to show clients the unique characteristics of each area, even the location of her secret beach. Selling a home can be very stressful for homeowners. One of Donna’s strong points is taking care of the details, so the sellers don’t have to, while keeping them informed every step of the way.

A highlight of her real estate career occurred in 2020 when she was instrumental in the sale of a 1927 summer mansion situated in Woods Hole. Located on a magical four acres with spectacular water views in all directions, this property was a pleasure to introduce to the buyers.

Originally from New Hampshire and Connecticut, her home is now in Falmouth. Donna enjoys gardening, biking and travel. She and her husband especially enjoy the wonderful National Parks as well as England and Scotland. Their lives are full of grandchildren, their children have blessed them with 11 little ones. Many live close by, so when she’s not happily immersed in the world of real estate, you can often find her baking with them.

Donna has had a successful and rewarding real estate career and can’t imagine doing anything else. It’s not a job, it’s a passion. In 2020, she was one of the top 5% of realtors on Cape Cod. Her goal is to give buyers her time and expertise in order to help them achieve the lifestyle they hope for and to assist sellers in realizing the most for their properties in the least amount of time while making the process run smoothly and painlessly.
