My father died in the end of October leaving my brother and I a house to sell. I saw Donna Tidwell’s face on a billboard headed into town and said why not. I’m sure glad I did. Upon meeting Donna she quickly assessed some small improvements that needed made and had all the numbers on paper at our first meeting as to what to expect in proceeds from the sale. I asked how long does it normally take to sell a house these days especially in this market when interest rates are so high. She said (with confidence ) 30-60 days. In my head I didn’t believe that. Well folks how about 30 hours. Less than 2 days after hitting the market Monday afternoon Wednesday morning I had buyers. My brother who also is never impressed was by Donna’s professionalism her speed and her communication skills. Her business card says number 1 in Pennsylvania and number 6 in the USA 🇺🇸 for a reason. She absolutely delivered for me and if you let her she will for you as well. She is the Tom Brady or Micheal Jordan of real estate. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than she did.

The last few months have been difficult in so many ways. Through this time we had a farm to sell. In the best of times this would be a daunting task but in 2020 it should have been impossible. Nonetheless, Donna Tidwell found a way to get it done. Not only that, she found the perfect family to purchase it. They are elated as are we. Selling property? Donna Tidwell came VERY highly recommend to us by several of our friends who had previously had her represent them with their real estate needs both buying and selling. They all sung her praises as being an outstanding real estate agent who would look out for our best interest. Having several friends as real estate agents, we knew what to look for in a competent and highly successful agent. We wanted someone who would listen to our needs and wants and not to simply pander to us and waste our time. We wanted someone who knew the area and was well aware of what was currently on the housing market as well as how that would fit into our investment property goal. We didn't have a lot of extra time in our schedule to see hundreds of properties that we would never even consider. Instead, we demanded an agent to be razor-sharp focused in helping us succeed in that perfect purchase. I can honestly say that we could not have asked for better representation! If you are looking for an agent that will truly listen to you and to what you are looking for and do her very best to help you fulfill those desires, you would be remiss if you didn't seriously consider Donna Tidwell!
