Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Cordova-Appling, Cordova, TN. --- We were very fortunate to have found Donnie by way of a SOLD sign that was on a home in our sub-division. We had been talking about listing our house for quite some time, but knew that sales in our neighborhood were slow because of the economy i.e. foreclosed properties, rental houses and overall subdivision decline. Consequently, we were very discouraged about listing, but the swift sale of Donnie's listing prompted us to call him. Donnie did all the things necessary to get us out there and listed and immediately had a showing scheduled by a potential buyer. As a result of Donnie's marketing skills we actually got a Cash offer from an investment firm that really was what we needed to sell our home. Donnie was very instrumental in the negotiation of a deal which allowed us to get the most money for our home in this offer by using his knowledge, expertise and communication skills. We would highly recommend Donnie to anyone wanting to sell their home.
