Donny’s path to real estate began in tech. While running a computer support company in San Jose, a friend asked him to set up the infrastructure for a new mortgage and real estate firm. After building out the company’s infrastructure, Donny was invited to learn more about the industry—and he found himself eager to take on a new challenge. “I was a realtor by day and computer expert by night until I decided to go all in,” he explains.

Donny’s experience now goes beyond traditional home sales. He has worked on a broad range of commercial projects, including purchasing and renovating apartment complexes and managing over 15 ADU construction projects from start to finish. His depth of knowledge and hands-on approach make him a key partner for clients with complex real estate needs.

Donny has also mastered the art of digital marketing. “Each plan is customized to the specifics of the property,” Donny explains, “and I structure everything so that each week we are leveraging a different promotional tool.” While many agents stick to basic social media posts, he has developed cutting-edge strategies that expose his clients’ listings globally. His platform, dpiWOW, seamlessly lets him market homes outside standard channels like MLS and Zillow—reaching a broader audience with targeted ads and campaigns.

From 2010 to 2012, Donny was recognized as the top short-sale specialist, selling over 400 foreclosures. This experience gave him the skills to confidently navigate even the most challenging transactions—offering his clients unparalleled guidance and support at every stage. “My attitude is that if you take care of your clients and do the right thing, they will return to you,” Donny says. “My business is wholly structured around the client experience, so I always go the extra mile to satisfy their needs and place their interests above mine.”

That client-first approach has earned Donny a loyal following. More than 95% of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

“My tagline is a play on my last name: I make sure that every client I work with has a ‘WOW’ experience,” he says.

When he’s not serving his clients, Donny enjoys spending time with his daughters and dog Hero and breaking a sweat on the racquetball court. Donny is such a nice guy. He helped me prepare my house for sale, from finding someone to prep and stage it, to putting it on the market. He also suggested I used a program through HomeLight so that I could use much of my equity to buy my new home before selling. I recommend him!
