He guided me through all the terminology (earnest money, contingencies types, etc) while respecting my budgetary concerns and housing requirements. My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Donte Wade locating our forever home. From the moment we met, Donte exceeded our expectations by listening to every detail that was my husband's preference and my preference and made great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for which was very impressive during this tough market right now. He was great about making appointments immediately, and always got back to us right away. He provided advice that was tremendously useful, answered every question we had as well as unforeseen questions we would not have thought of during this process. He was not pushy at all and most importantly worked with our budget. Donte is very professional, he was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had within minutes. He was very understanding of how much we wanted to stay in our budget and never did he propose any homes beyond our wishes. Donte provided us with great quality homes to chose from and we were able to find what we were looking for in less than 30 days. The entire process was very smooth and time efficient.
