I am a South Carolina native and my family and I have called Charleston home for the last 25 years. We truly love it here and can't image living anywhere else. My husband and I have 7 children all together and 2 grandkids. I have been with Harbourtowne Real Estate for over 15 years and have had the privilege to work with numerous families to help them find the best home for them. I also have personal experience as a buyer, seller and investor which allows me to relate to each party involved in a real estate transaction. One of the most importance skills of a real estate agent is the art of negotiation which I have developed over the years working with many diverse clients. I have extensive knowledge with all different types of properties including single family residences, beach properties, investments properties, modular homes and vacant land. My main goal is to provide superior service to both my buyers and sellers during the entire real estate process. One of the most important roles I play as a real estate agent is to be the contact point and coordinator with all the parties involved including other agents, home inspectors, lenders, insurance agents, attorneys and most importantly, my clients.
