A little about me: I was born on the island of Terceira – one of the nine Azorean Islands off the coast of Portugal. This makes my first language Portuguese, and if you listen closely you might just hear my faint accent! True to my European spirit, I am always looking for the best deal for my clients, and truly enjoy the negotiation process of the transaction. My deep passion for real estate also keeps me up to date on current market trends locally nationally. My family relocated to California when I was in middle school and I eventually relocated to Pittsburgh to raise my own family. I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Studio Art and a minor in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield (Go Roadrunners!), prior to spearheading a real estate appraisal firm that I co-owned and operated with my husband for 11 years. He's now has been a residential appraiser for 20+ years and he too, lives and breathes real estate just as much as I do!

When I'm not working, I am likely running our boys around (ages 9 + 14), walking our new puppy Yinzy, catching a happy hour or dinner with friends, or either taking a yoga or cycling class to decompress. However, most days I can be found in a coffee shop around town, head glued to my laptop combing the multi-list for new properties on the market!
