Our experience with Doreen has always been exceptional! She sold us our home in Stafford in 2008, and we did not hesitate to call on her again to sell when we were relocating to another state. Doreen is extremely knowledgeable about the market and an expert in her field. We were very impressed with the 3D Matterport Video, Aerial photography, walk-through video, MLS description, and marketing materials she placed in our home. We needed a contract quickly, and she delivered! Doreen was very responsive to every phone call, email, and text message we sent, regardless of what time of day it was. She never left us wondering what was going on. She provided feedback on all our showings, which was appreciated as well. Our home contracted in only 6 days, and we closed on time, with a smooth transaction. We felt completely comfortable and knew we were in good hands with Doreen. Doreen did it again!! This time she helped us sell the house that we bought with her 4 years ago AND in record time! From the time we decided to list until we had a ratified contract was less that a week.
