My wife and I worked with Doreen Phillips, of KW Vermont, buying a house in Vermont. We were new to Vermont and did not know the market. We were also unsure of where in Vermont we wanted to be, and even unsure of the kind of house we wanted. We changed our minds on location and kind of house more than once. Doreen was extremely professional and patient with us and worked with us for 8 months! On the very few occasions (2), when she could not personally show us a property, she arranged for a teammate to do the showing. Doreen is very knowledgeable about the market and when we finally found the perfect house in the perfect location she crafted an offer that got us the house, without us overpaying! As well as Doreen being great to work with, her team at Keller Williams was helpful and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Doreen Philips. 5 stars!

Doreen did a great job for us selling our house. Very professional and communicated with us throughout the entire process. I had a few issues with KW after the sale that Doreen had no control over and she took care of them very promptly which was greatly appreciated! I had a great experience working with her.

Doreen's knowledge and experience made all the difference in my home sale. She was able to find a buyer my home very quickly and had valuable design input as I wrapped up renovation. She even picked my interior trim color! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone selling a home in Vermont.

I bought a house with Doreen's assistance in VT. Being a first time home buyer I had not been through the process yet, so I was looking for someone knowledgeable that could help lead the way. Doreen was there for me every step of the way, very responsive to calls and texts no matter the time of day, and helped me through various home walkthroughs and parts of the home buying process. If you are looking for someone who will go to bat for you and make sure you come out on top at the end Doreen is your realtor!. Doreen is a women who is on her A game!

I did not know her prior to signing with her as my realtor but her follow up with me prior to me signing gave me confidence that she would work hard to get my house sold.

Through the entire transaction she communicated extremely well with me. The listing she created for the MLS had amazing pictures of my house done by a professional photographer. Once it was listed we had about 15 showings in a week. She was well organized and willing to show the house if the buyers realtor was not available.

I never felt like I was in the dark at any point of the process. She gave me good advise and was able to negotiate effectively to get me more then my asking price.

I would recommend Doreen to anyone looking for a home in VT. She will work hard from start to finish. She truly puts her clients first.

I totally enjoyed working with Doreen! She is so knowledgeable and was so patient with me throughout the whole process, from beginning to closing.
She took the time to answer all of my questions (which were quite a few) and gave me tips on how to arrange my home for showings. She is also a skilled photographer and made the house look wonderful for the listing.
I was amazed at how quickly it sold! I would not hesitate to seek her out to sell my new home when ready or to refer her to anyone that is looking for a great realtor!

Doreen was awesome, we were looking to buy only land and tried to connect with a realtor. We found it difficult to find one that gave us the time of day we were not looking to spend a lot of money it was very frustrating. Then we were refered to Doreen . It was the best decision we made.
