Doreen was a just a pleasure to work with from the beginning of our home search through the end. She was always available to answer any questions and would take the time to explain things thoroughly to us. She is very professional, dedicated and hard working and we could not have asked for a better experience than we had with Doreen.

Doreen diligently did her home work pertaining to comparisons to other properties sold in the area. She was informative of what she expected me to do to prepare for a successful sale. She was at the property when she needed to be and followed up on all inspections done. Doreen was very good at communicating with me. She put up with my persistence on some issues. I always got notices of showings and responces from many of the persons who the property was shown to. Doreen was was very good at explaining the different processes that were neccessary to make the sale work.
I appreciate all her hard work and staying on top of all that was going on dispite the adverse weather that went through during the times of inspections.
Thankful and grateful to have had Doreen working for me and my dad's estate.

Doreen walked us through it. Even with covid and no in person meetings the process was simple. She responds quick to questions and went above a few times, work schedules were wild, she personally went to the county clerk to renew a drivers license for us so that we could make our closing date.

Doreen and Clarissa were amazing to work with. They were patient when we needed and responsive when we were ready. My wife and I had to sell a home in another state, before we could compete as a buyer in a tough market. Doreen and Clarissa both helped us understand and navigate that. I would not recommend, but insist that you stop allowing others to play games with your real estate and call Doreen Taylor and Clarissa Barber. They were absolutely amazing!!

Originally we had our home and farm (119 acres) listed with another realtor, but after a year and only 2 showing, we decided it was time for a change. We did a lot of research and interviewing and decided to choose the well known Realtor of Berkshire Hathaway and its’ agent’s, Doreen Taylor and Clarissa Barber. Wow, what a difference! Not only were they highly professional and enthusiastic in their presentation of how they would market the property, but they also gave us advice on how to make small improvements to make it more sellable.
They were excellent in communicating with us after each showing, as well as, through out the whole process, which made the selling go seamlessly.
Choose this team, listen to their advice and you too will be giving them a 5 Star ratting when they sell your property!
