"If you can DREAM it , I can FIND it " making dreams come true is my passion in Real Estate with over 42 years experience as a Realtor in Georgia. My love of people , land and the outdoors fit perfectly when I decided in 1983 to become a licensed Georgia Sales Associate.
My first 3 years as a Sales Associate in New Home Construction and Subdivision development afforded me the opportunity to work with Developers, Home Builders and Buyers extensively to ensure quality and loyal clients.
This experience opened opportunity to launch my Real Estate Company as Co-Owner and Associate Broker in Gwinnett County in 1986. The new business served as a road map to focus my career on Land Acquisitions for Subdivision Developments in DeKalb, Gwinnett, Walton, and Morgan County. It was during the many years working with undeveloped Land to completion of New Home Communities that I realized, the best part of my Career was watching the Smiles on faces of Buyers & Sellers boasting "You made my DREAM come true" so it was a natural fit to capture my mission statement.
As an Avid Equestrian Rider and Cattle Rancher my love of Land offered the path to establish family owned Cattle and Horse farms over the past 30 years. This quickly became a hobby and investment opportunity to establish several Cattle and Horse farms from undeveloped land to "Turn Key First Class" farms. My hobby showing "Cutting Horses" competitively in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi allowed me to meet many friends and Clients while riding some of the finest Quarter Horses .
