Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and proactive! Goes above and beyond her duties even after closing to satisfy and assist her clients. She made buying my first home as easy of an experience as possible. She does not pressure you, but does show revealing information about homes that you may miss on a walkthrough. She also is great at making all of the paperwork and financial side as understandable as possible. PLEASE CONTACT HER! You won't be disappointed.

Dee made me feel like family the whole way through. She helped me with finding my home a few years ago and bow she has helped me with my first fix and flip property. She never made me feel rushed or that it was about money. When doing the walk throughs her professional opinions were always provided as well as her straight up opinions and she helped me every step of the way. I'll definitely be doing business with her again

Dorothea Neverson is an amazing realtor. This is the second time we used her services because she is so amazing. She helped us navigate the process of selling our property. She asked all the important questions, listened to our concerns and addressed them. She is friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her if you are ever in need of an experienced realtor.

WOW!! Dorothea Neverson was amazing. She made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and heard horror stories from friends and family. Dorothea was professional and Personal. She had the knowledge and experience that was needed to make me feel comfortable that choosing her was the best choice. She explained every process in a way that was easy for me to understand and she was patient as well. I felt lucky to have such a great experience for my first home.

Dee helped my husband and I purchase our forever home about 11yrs ago,
During the process she walked with us through the first time buyers program/ finding a broker and traveling the city to find the right fit for our 6person family. She made the process enjoyable, she was honest when asked to be and very upfront when needing to be. 11yrs later she still has us on her mind and heart during the holidays/football schedules and check up phone calls to see if we are STILL satisfied with our purchase. I know a ton of realtors, even have an agent in training in my home… But Dee Neversome will always be the realtor of choice.
