Anticipating the sale of the old house I grew up in was a bittersweet at best. Knowing I had to find the best possible buyers who would love the house as we did was daunting. Needing to make a phenomenal deal to ensure Mom’s future financial security felt over-whelming. Then I found Dorothy Miller! She made it a rewarding experience. She was consistently sensitive to my unique situation and needs, and made me feel she was as invested in a successful outcome as I was. She met me on my level and always felt like a partner, despite some unusual circumstances.

Dorothy’s knowledge of the business of selling a home is deep. Her attitude is 100% can-do, and her methods reflect superior attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. She is passionate and enthusiastic every day – even when I was unsure. She is motivated, a fantastic listener and problem solver, honest, and straightforward. I cannot praise her work ethic enough. She even helped clean basement windows to let more light shine into the basement! She flawlessly coordinated the many and varied players in the process. Her marketing savvy resulted in a multitude of excellent offers only 4 days after we listed the house. She is superb – she got me the best imaginable outcome quickly and gracefully. I will be forever grateful to her.

My Friend needed help making the decision to move. A Discovery Retreats Alum told me about Dorothy. She was exactly what my friend needed to find an empty nester house with no stairs and manageable for, let's face it, two aging adults. Next year We will have a Friends Giving and invite Dorothy!

Dorothy is the best. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Dorothy is bright, knowledgeable, pleasant, and fun with a great team of contacts in the industry that made my experience seamless from showings to closing. We were downsizing and relocating without a clear picture of the home we wanted or the area of NJ. What can I say about Dorothy? What you see is what you get. She is down to earth and an amazing realtor. In this market with my very low budget she never gave up and always had a positive word when I wanted to give up. She found me the perfect house and handled any problems before they happened. Under the best circumstances, buying and selling your home is one of the most stressful situations you can endure. Now, throw in a crazy sellers market, rising interest rates, closing a personal business, switching jobs and a little infection called Covid, and I have no idea how I got through this month. But actually, I do know. It was in large part due to the patience, understanding, guidance, knowledge and professionalism of Dorothy and Renee. Dorothy was absolutely amazing in helping us sell our home. She made the process as easy as possible, answered all of our questions (which were a lot), and accommodated our work from home schedules with showings. The house was listed on a Wednesday and by the end of the open house that Saturday, we had 6 competitive offers. Our house sold for $50K above asking! She was very flexible with managing our needs through the process and has even helped recommend an inspector to work with us for our new construction home (which she totally didn’t have to but did anyway since she’s super nice). She’s an overall great person and absolutely wonderful to work with. We’d recommend her to anyone in a heart beat.

In 2 weeks it will be Christmas and we will not be having it here for the 1st time in 15 years!

It is sad, but also exciting at the same time. Most of the house is packed, and in 10 days we will be loading the moving truck. In 11 days we will be closing and officially residents of Sicklerville!

All this would not have been possible without Dorothy Williams!

We have had some hurdles pop up in the last couple of weeks and then there is me, with my million questions. Dorothy has walked us through every step, explained every detail and has been with us every step of the way; all hours of the day. She started out as our realtor, someone we never would have met if we were not selling the house but now she is more than that, she is our friend.

If anyone is looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She listened to exactly what we wanted (which was not exactly easy, as we were very specific), listened, and was more than helpful in 100 different ways. You will get someone who truly cares for you and your family and will bust her azz for you 100% of the time.

Dorothy is so kind & patient. She really works with you. She sends her own listing and you can send her things listings as well. She’ll go through everything step with, from searching, to scheduling & seeing the properties and down to signing the lease. She responds less than 24 hours and if she’s going to be busy she will let you know ahead of time. She was so patient to wait til I had the credit score I needed to start looking. She’s professional from the first meet to last goodbye after she’s help you find your perfect place.
