I’d recommend using Dorothy to buy or sell your home. My older brother recommended I speak to Dorothy because I didn’t think I’d be approved to purchase a home, but she got me on the phone with one of her contacts after our first conversation and was pre approved within a few days. Since our initial conversation back in November, we looked at countless homes of all styles because I was unsure of what I wanted lol. I even ghosted her for a month or two because I got overwhelmed at first, but she always kept in touch to let me know she was ready for me if I still wanted to buy a home. I then began seriously looking for homes in February. She was incredibly patient with me and gave me great advice throughout the journey. We became really close and I am grateful she was there to help me throughout this process. Dorothy treats all of her clients like family. She helped my older brother, my cousin, and now me find a home that fits our needs. She’s now a part of our family and I recommend you let her help yours. God bless you Dot! It is hard to believe it has been almost 3 years since Dot took on 3 women looking for a new place to call home. To say she went above and beyond to meet our needs is an understatement for sure. Not only taking into consideration our financial budget but looking at community needs that we had not really considered. Thank you Dot for your patience, knowledge and friendship. Dottie has been empathetic, diligent, and informative from the moment we started working with her. She was attentive to our needs taking them in account as we searched for a home. She took the initiative to share potential matches as new houses became available. She put additional research on houses we were interested in. She made herself available to search when it was convenient for us even if it was to see one house. The knowledge she offered had not only immediate benefits but lasting ones as we take care of our first home. Now we have a place we are happy to make our home. The experience was absolutely lovely.

She Is THE BEST at what she does ! She does not promise you a fantasy she brings reality to the table and what to expect during this process. It is defiantely not easy emotionaly but it is doable. She takes the good service that she provides and put it towards her clients and what they want. She took me to the finish line ! there were numerous times that i was gonna quit but she didnt let me ! Anything i did not understand she definately made sure that she broke it down to me in a way that I could understand EVERYTHING. IS NOT about "sign here sign there ".For me being a first time home buyer was very scary but in reality She was the middle man to ALL THE MADNESS . I really appreciate all of the time that she spent with me and finally got me into a home that I wanted from the begining. YOUR THE BEST !!!
