I LOVE THE FLATHEAD! I came here in 1994 with the desire for a better life. The people, beauty, lifestyle, and recreation opportunities keep me here. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Montana is where you can genuinely LIVE YOUR DREAM!
I LOVE REAL ESTATE! It is the people I love and helping them find the right property to fit their needs. Purchasing a home is a unique combination of fast-paced sleuthing, knowledge of the market, good relationships & collaboration, listening, negotiating, and navigating all the emotions your clients can encounter in a challenging market.
The real estate industry has had to change to accommodate this fast-paced market with low inventory. What we see in the Flathead is happening in much of our country. There is a significant shift, and quality of life/home has become more important to everyone.
I built my business early in 2004, working with first-time home buyers in the $115,000 range. Now, that has moved into helping people transition. Transitions can look like many things: scaling down, moving up to the next home, leaving the area, moving into the area, adjusting to working or schooling at home. Each has its own set of obstacles to navigate; navigating those is where my skills come in.
Realtors are an amazing group of people, and I am blessed to be in the industry. When I was new to the industry, I was privileged to be mentored by some fantastic Realtors. Now, I get to serve alongside many of them and be in the role of mentor myself. Realtors are involved in their industry and heavily in the community. You will find them in many volunteer positions, on the boards of your nonprofits, coaching children's sports, and, on rare occasions, finding the time to enjoy our beautiful state and all it has to offer.
When I am not working hard to achieve my clients' dreams of home ownership or serving in my community, you will find me fly fishing. Don't ask me where because I can't tell you.
