Jon in Altamonte Springs: Doug and Ginger made selling my house as smooth and painless an experience as I can ever have hoped for. Prior to making this sale, I had inquired about the market for selling my property to Doug a few times over the past years and he was always enthusiastic to take the time to prepare packets for me about what I could expect in terms of sale price as well as taking as much time as I needed to go over how he came at his results. After doing this a few times, I finally liked the expected numbers and decided to put my house on the market. Despite having a difficult unresponsive HOA as well as a 3rd party Management Company to deal with, Doug and Ginger took care of nearly all of the interactions and complications that were unfortunately necessary in several parts of the the showing and selling process. They made what I was fully expecting to be a stressful and tedious back and forth with those third parties into no effort at all on my part. After the showings and negotiations (which he gave me advice with whenever I asked, always without ever any pressure) with perspective buyers, I can honestly say that Doug was right on the money with his estimate. (Actually, Im happy to say that he was slightly under in his original estimates). Throughout the entire process, Doug and Ginger were always right there to help with any questions or concerns. Their responsiveness was astounding. I dont think I ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for a callback whenever I messaged a question during business hours, and even when I sent him questions way after business hours (expecting to hear back the next day), I was always surprised to hear back in less than an hour. Their combined expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness was some of the best that Ive ever received from a business. I can't say enough good things about Doug and Ginger. Had a property ( key word Had) with five acres , pool, tennis court, 30 by 60 ft building, free standing two car garage .
