Doug Felton

Doug is an Idaho native who has lived in the Boise area for 45+ years making him a great resource to assist you with buying or selling in the Treasure Valley area. Doug recently moved from the wonderful community of Eagle to the Nampa/Caldwell area and would love to serve your intra-area, re-location, or second home needs around the greater Boise area. Additionally, Doug and his wife own or have owned property in the mountain communities of both McCall and Stanley and he can help with information on those areas as well.

Doug’s integrity, ethics, and easy to work with personality are hallmark characteristics of his style in working with his clients where trust and communication are imperative to a good working relationship. Personally, Doug enjoys mountain biking, skiing, paddle boarding, hiking, snowmobiling, archery, camping, backpacking, pickleball, and most any other outdoor activity with family or friends. Doug ‘s preference is to involve his wife of over 30 years and their grown children with their spouses and now grandkids whenever possible.

Through Doug’s own personal real estate transactions prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent Doug has acquired diverse experiences which can be leveraged to benefit you. These transactions range from residential subdivisions to small acreage rural waterfront and luxury properties, from fractional ownership to large acreage (40+ acres), from suburban townhouse to mountain log home, plus recreational property from central Idaho to the Stanley basin. Through this process Doug has also dealt with re-sale homes as well as the design through new construction process. With Doug’s diverse range of real estate experience, he is in a great position to help you through the buying or selling process.
