Doug Perkett

With a background involving construction and real estate, Doug has a great deal to offer his clients.

Upon graduating from San Diego State University with a business administration/real estate degree, he was eligible for, and passed, the state real estate brokers license exam. He then went to work in his family's well established construction company and opened his own business, Perkett Real Estate.

For fifteen years, he assisted in providing high-end custom home and remodeling services to the North County area. His responsibilities included the marketing and sales services for his company's custom home projects. Doug also has experience in the real estate lending industry, having sold purchase and refinance loans for two years.

With a desire to spend more time with his family and work closer to home, Doug has recently decided to hang his license with Krueger Realty.
