Born and raised in the area and currently residing in Washington Twp., Doug Wagner knows everything about the market and all it has to offer.

Well-versed in the buying and selling process, Doug serves sellers and buyers of homes in the communities of Bellbrook, Beavercreek, Centerville and Washington Township, Springboro and Clearcreek Township, Oakwood , Kettering, Miamisburg and Miami Township and all areas adjacent to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB).

Prior to his real estate career, Doug spent a number of years in the broadcast industry in every capacity — from on-air to production to marketing to sales — ultimately serving as a national sales manager. His diverse background and a passion for real estate fueled a desire for a career transition. He is proud to be an agent with RE/MAX Victory +Affiliates.

Doug is married to Nancy Duvall Wagner and has two daughters and 4 grandchildren. When he is not helping clients buy and sell homes, Doug enjoys hiking, travel, music and sports.
