My children said, “Sell the house, move closer to us.” I was not familiar any realtors in my area (Oceanside), then I remembered all the notepads I had received over the years. I call the Doug West Group. Doug came to my home prepared with lots of info on sales in the area. I admitted I knew nothing about selling my home and would depend on his expertise. From that day each step was well planned and explained. Doug West and his staff had an orderly plan that led to a one day open house and a great offer and sale of my home. Doug knows real estate top to bottom, I highly recommend the Doug West Group 2.

My family and I have been in Oceanside since 2007, and in Arrowood since 2012. In January of 2021 we had an offer to relocate with my employer of 17 years for an opportunity that was a dream come true. I called Doug and explained our situation, and our goals with this opportunity. My wife and I feel that working with Doug and Samantha to market and sell our Arrowood home was one of the best decisions we ever made; Doug is truly the Arrowood Specialist!! I had significant incentives to be in FL by April 1, and Doug made it possible! I found his entire team to be direct, honest, thorough, and they politely held us accountable to our deliverables on the timetable we established. Doug and Samantha stepped in to fill the void when we needed help. After researching various real estate agents' sales in our area (length of time before closing and asking vs. final price), we chose Doug. What a nice surprise. He came to the house a couple of times, gave us tips on staging, and then waited for us to make a decision as to where we were moving (finding a new home out of state). Doug was extremely helpful, low pressure, absolutely knows his market. We were able to get a little above our asking price. Doug and Samantha were ideal to work with. Absolutely no complaints. When we found our out-of-state home quickly, they helped us get on the market right away. Our house went under contract in about 2 weeks. We absolutely recommend Doug West and his team!

Doug reached out to us when we first moved in to our newly built home and periodically left advertising notepads .. we called on him when we need a termite inspection for refinance and for a recommendation for a realtor for a house in Another state .. he was always happy to assist and when it came time for us to sell he helped with every aspect of our sale from ideas on staging to quick listing open houses .. he knows the area well. He even provided entry for the carpet and house cleaners after we moved. He was the best realtor we have ever worked with....ever

Working with Doug West to sell our rental home was fantastic! In our area, when a Doug West Group yard sign goes up in a yard, you can count on that home being sold fast! We have been trying to decide when to sell our rental home for a few years now. Even when we weren't sure if we would list or wait for a while, Doug was super helpful. He cared about what would be in our best interest, and not just trying to get another listing. He was honest about the timing of the market for our type of home, and what improvements we should consider making before selling. All of which helped us get more than our asking...a lot more!
The process was smooth and we were always aware of offers and other considerations being made to us.
