With a background in logistics and business development, Doug brings an operational, long-term mindset to every transaction. In his first year in commercial real estate, he has closed nearly $10 million in sales, placed over $22 million under contract, and worked on residential and commercial development projects across Lexington, Richland, Aiken, and Newberry counties.
Doug’s experience spans landlord and tenant representation, retail, office, and industrial leasing, development and redevelopment, and creative deal structuring, including equity partnerships, NNN leases, build-to-suit projects, and owner financing. He is actively involved throughout the development process, coordinating with engineers, architects, attorneys, contractors, and municipalities to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.
