Doug Yopp

Following 13 years in higher education fundraising and development, Doug made the leap into real estate. After three years as a top producer at another firm, he decided to open his own shop. Doug's grandfather owned a one-man firm Oceanaire Realty in Eastern North Carolina, and he brought the name back when he started. His offices are in Holly Ridge and Raleigh, North Carolina.

Since opening his focus has been connecting with dynamic and motivated individuals who strive to build relationships and provide value to help others reach their goals. Doug's job is to provide the resources, support, and environment for that teamwork to take place.

He strives to be informed, involved, and give back. Doug is a Leadership Raleigh 2021-22 class graduate, and 2021 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year for Central and Eastern North Carolina, in addition to several other nonprofit volunteer roles and experiences.
