Thanks to social media, Doug and I have been able to reconnect after attending college together nearly 2 decades ago. I am so happy that he found his passion in becoming a real estate agent! We have had many discussions about house sales, home buying, and rental over the past few years, and he really knows and understands the real estate market. His past experience in construction comes in handy for his clients, and his compassionate nature will put you at ease to make your next real estate transaction completely stress-free. Doug is a realtor filled with heart. He is very informative with regard to real estate but with his personality he made our search fun. We always looked forward to going out to look at property with Doug because he has a vision he shares to help you see what your house could be. He also will fight for you. Our purchase became very stressful after the seller decided not to sell, but Doug worked with our attorney to get us our home! One day my wife and I decided to buy a house so we weighed our anchor and set sail into a stormy sea of open houses with absolutely no knowledge of home-buying. It was quite overwhelming until we arrived at a small single-family house that Doug happened to be showing that day. We hit it off, he gave us his business card, and we arranged a time to meet and drink coffee to learn about buying a home. I soon found out that not only is Doug extremely knowledgeable about the subject but he's a great teacher as well and has all the patience in the world when it comes to teaching my wife and me. Over the course of several months we must have seen a few dozen houses before finally discovering our home; our safe harbor. Doug made house hunting fun and we always looked forward to seeing houses with him and learning new things. When it comes time to sell our house we plan on going back to Doug.
