When Real Estate Matters
Doug was born in Cedar Falls, Iowa and has spent his entire life in the Cedar Valley. His mother understood the meaning of family and hard work and was a constant reminder that things don’t come free and that you always put others before yourself.
After school Doug worked 18 years in the printing business starting as an apprentice and working his way to Operations Manager. During this time he was also a sales account representative for a national printing company. As a top salesmen in his company he was recognized and rewarded for his sales achievements. His ability to communicate, problem solve, and listen to clients’ needs helped him reach these goals.
He began his real estate career in the year 2000. From his first sale of a $15,000 house he has sold several properties in the half-million dollar range. He received recognition in the Re/Max 100% Club as well as gained several achievement awards from the state association and earned his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. In the year 2010, Doug entered into the Re/Max Hall of Fame. He is currently working toward other real estate designations.
Doug’s goal is to be a valuable resource in the real estate service of professionalism, integrity, and honesty surpassing all expectations.
